Overview of fire shutter
Fire shutter adopts a new type of inorganic fireproof material composite structure, can replace the firewall, without water curtain protection, fire deformation, maintain high temperature strong support and other functions.

Fire shutter to implement GB 14102 - 2005 " fire shutter" standard, grade 1, fire resistance time of 1.5 h, grade 2, fire resistance time of 2.0 H.. 
Fireproof roller blind adopts fireproof cloth / fireproof heat radiation cloth + fireproof cotton felt + fireproof cloth / fireproof heat radiation cloth three-layer structure, and is sewed by fireproof sewing thread. The fireproof felt and cloth with different materials and different thicknesses can be selected according to the actual use requirements.
Note: the fire-proof cloth in the design scheme of fire-proof roller blind for this building refers to: 2 mm fire dragon ceramic fiber cloth and 0.26 mm fire dragon reflective cloth ( also called white cloth ). Other industrial fire curtain fire cloth according to need can also use ceramic fiber cloth 2 / 3 / 5 mm, fire dragon single and double sides covered with aluminum foil ceramic fiber cloth 2 / 3 / 5 mm, fire dragon high silica cloth 0.24 / 0.65 / 1.3 mm, fire dragon glass fiber cloth 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.8 mm, fire dragon silica gel cloth 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.8 / 1 mm, etc.;
The fire-proof cotton felt in this scheme refers to the ceramic fiber cotton, ceramic fiber blanket ( aluminum silicate blanket ), glass fiber felt and so on which are called differently according to different regions.
The fireproof sewing thread in the scheme refers to dragon glass sewing thread, aramid fiber sewing thread, high silicon oxygen sewing thread, ceramic fiber glass fiber reinforced yarn, ceramic fiber steel wire reinforced yarn and the like.
