It is made up by proces alumina powder with purity ov 99.99 %, and its growth process is in ultra-high temp. furnace, which is called sapphire furnace according to its application, and is divide into sapphire growth furnace and sapphire annealing furnace according to its use temp., also called crystal growth furnace and crystal annealing furnace.
Both that crystal growth furnace and the anneal furnace are small in size.
