( 2 ) under the condition of the same temperature of outer wall of ladle, 10 mm thick nano heat insulation board can replace 30 mm thick fibreboard, ladle can expand capacity and increase efficiency. ( 3 ) after the steel ladle adopts the nano heat insulation board, the cooling of the molten steel is obviously relieved, which is beneficial to the stability of the temperature of the molten steel. And ( 4 ) the nano heat insulation board is more convenient to construct compared with the fiberboard. The nano heat insulation board is packaged by aluminum foil and is waterproof and moisture - proof; And fibreboard in build by laying bricks or stones steel ladle need to do waterproof processing.
